Levey v. Brownstone Asset Management, LP, C.A. No. 5714-VCL (Del. Ch. Aug. 1, 2014), No. 563, 2014 (Del. 2014)

The firm represents several principals of a limited partnership and a limited liability company in litigation brought by a former colleague claiming interests in those entities.  Following a three-day trial, the Court adopted the position advocated by the firm and awarded the plaintiff less than two percent of his pretrial settlement demand. 

The firm is representing the principals in the pending appeal by plaintiff' to the Supreme Court of Delaware, with argument set for May 2015.
