The firm represents several principals of a limited partnership and a limited liability company in litigation brought by a former colleague claiming interests in those entities.  Following a three-day trial, the Court adopted the position advocated by the firm and awarded the plaintiff less than two percent of his pretrial settlement demand. The firm successfully defended the decision of the Court of Chancery in the plaintiff's appeal to the Supreme Court of Delaware, .
