Titan Investment Fund II, LP v. Freedom Mortgage Corp., N09C-10-259 WCC (Del. Super. Ct. 2011), No. 213, 2012 (Del. 2012)
Our firm's attorneys served as lead trial counsel in a seven-day trial for breach of contract based upon the failure to close on a $100 million credit facility. On March 27, 2012, the Court issued its findings of fact and conclusions of law and held that the borrower breached its contractual obligations. The firm also represented the lender in the appeal before the Supreme Court of Delaware.
