Chambers USA Again Ranks Firm Band 1 for Court of Chancery Litigation; Recognizes Firm’s Attorneys As Leading Chancery Litigators and National Trial Lawyers

Chambers USA 2022, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, has again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP for its excellence in Court of Chancery litigation.  In again awarding its top “Band 1” rating, Chambers described the firm as a “well-regarded litigation boutique with a strong track record in corporate  commercial disputes,” whose “areas of strength include corporate control disputes [and] stockholder litigation.”  Chambers also highlighted RAM’s “[r]egular[] representation of major corporate clients as lead trial counsel,” as well as its investigative and advisory work for directors and special committees.  Chambers noted that clients and peers described the firm’s lawyers as “terrific,” “very smart” and “very thorough.”
